The most important but often neglected step to optimal health

This is the step that most people miss and is often the reason hey can “do everything” yet still remain ππππ .β

Thoughts will create a certain vibrational/energetic state of the brain and then the body. This electromagnetic field will then cause an entrainment of the particles within that field. β

Ok...so the cells will respond to your dominant π©ππ€πͺπππ© pattern.
If you don’t consciously create the thoughts that will support a state of health, the body will just do its own thing π₯ππ‘ππ’π ππ¬β

Just like a garden that hasn’t been tended to, weeds will grow! β

So here’s what you should be doing when starting to take back control of your health:β

1. Determine what your perfect state of health looks and feels like. ππ§ππ©π it out. πππ¨πͺππ‘ππ―π it. ππ₯πππ it. β
2. Create an ππ£π«ππ§π€π£π’ππ£π© that supports your health. This may mean removing external influences from your life (news outlets, mindless social media accounts and sometimes family & friends). Get rid of material things that don’t support your health goals. I’m always doing this. Be mindful of those you allow within your circle of influence. β
3. Craft your day with πππ©ππ«ππ©πππ¨ which support your goals. Learn about the things you should be doing or not doing and implement them into your daily life. In my courses I teach you how to structure your day to be in alignment with specific circadian cycles. β

4. Take πππ©ππ€π£ and only entertain thoughts which support or empower you. Any thought that enters your mind which doesn’t support or empower you needs to be squashed immediately. This goes for people and things as well. The sicker you are, the more imperative this becomes.

5. ππ§πππ your progress and make adjustments accordingly. Keep what works for you. This is the second most difficult part behind adjusting of mindset. Everyone should keep some type of journal. Write down your progress and things you notice. Soon you’ll see patterns. β
