30 Minute Consultation
Our call is done over Zoom - Anywhere in the world!
You'll get access to our online portal where you'll answer our health questionnaire.
You can send us labs if you have any.
Then we'll do the call where you'll be able to chat with Dr. Mike, discuss your health issue and he'll give you a brief explanation of what's going on and what's a good place to start.
Then after the call he'll work on an Initial Strategy plan for you to follow.
Within a week you'll be emailed a customized initial protocol to follow which will include all aspects of the primary things you'll need to be doing.
We will focus on the 3 main aspects of optimal health:
- Mind
- Body
- Nutrition
You'll know which supplements to take and you can order them from our online nutritional store.
You'll get a customized eating plan to help your body to heal.
You'll get a schedule of when to be doing certain things
If further tests are needed, we can recommend that, which will be outside of the cost of the this consultation.
